You said he shouldn't get in trouble for something most people do on a daily basis, but you, yourself, are 19 and many other people who do it are over 18, therefore they are adults and can make their own decisions. This type of behavior only reflects on his image 100 times worse because he is a role model to young athletes and although it isn't any drug to enhance his performance(which would be 100 times worse), it is a drug and idealy no one under 18 years of age should be introduced to it.
