			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I found many loop holes and tricks in the way I eat and not  being able to gain any weight after just like a diet. Eating 3 times a day and keeping up a pretty decent body (5&#8242;9 164 lbs), for a guy it seems to be pretty easy, but of course nothing is given to you. I do work out at least 5 times a week and fit in some cardio, but look at the bright side I eat more then a 300lbs man. Besides the gym, I tend to walk a lot, for example when I was in Brazil after any meal or just whenever I was bored I would take off on foot, alone or with my dad. As I&#8217;ve gotten older my metabolism has slowed down, yet that hasn&#8217;t stop me one bit. Should it stop you?</p>
