My Diet.
I found many loop holes and tricks in the way I eat and not being able to gain any weight after just like a diet. Eating 3 times a day and keeping up a pretty decent body (5′9 164 lbs), for a guy it seems to be pretty easy, but of course nothing is given to you. I do work out at least 5 times a week and fit in some cardio, but look at the bright side I eat more then a 300lbs man. Besides the gym, I tend to walk a lot, for example when I was in Brazil after any meal or just whenever I was bored I would take off on foot, alone or with my dad. As I’ve gotten older my metabolism has slowed down, yet that hasn’t stop me one bit. Should it stop you?
