    I’ve notice that twitter has been very addicting to me. I’m On it day and night and still find it to be a never ending journey. I’d have to say that it has been a plus in my world of business.

  • FIFA World Cup 2010!

    The soccer games are almost here! I feel that this World Cup will be taken by Brazil . I have asked many soccer fanatics “who will win the World Cup?” and the majority of the time the answer is Brazil.

    The FIFA World Cup has had their games since 1930 with Uruguay being the first to win a  World Cup, but Brazil has the most championships and is one of the only teams to appear in every World Cup. Many people have this as a”money maker” situation with the safest bet, which is Brazil. Maybe we can see a rivalry game (Brazil vs Argentina).

  • My Diet.

    I found many loop holes and tricks in the way I eat and not  being able to gain any weight after just like a diet. Eating 3 times a day and keeping up a pretty decent body (5’9 164 lbs), for a guy it seems to be pretty easy, but of course nothing is given to you. I do work out at least 5 times a week and fit in some cardio, but look at the bright side I eat more then a 300lbs man. Besides the gym, I tend to walk a lot, for example when I was in Brazil after any meal or just whenever I was bored I would take off on foot, alone or with my dad. As I’ve gotten older my metabolism has slowed down, yet that hasn’t stop me one bit. Should it stop you?
