Time To Be Serious
The United States has always led in many ways. Surprisingly it shows that the United States is ranked 28th in the world for education. This situation has gotten us to be not taken seriously with are school system.

There is a program “2Million Minutes” that my college professor made us watch that shows 6 students, 2 from the USA, 2 form China, and 2 from India. This is a race to show which group of students are more dominant; to tell you the truth I see the US losing miserably.
Watching this video will make you quickly see how American kids can act toward their education and the way they look at life ahead of them. Chinese Kids seem to accomplish more, and with their generation coming up its seems that they will lead this world and India is following the same powerful path.

Restaurants I recommend from a unique perspective Sunny, Sexy and Exciting South Beach, Florida
From my point of view the address and the price of a meal have very little to do with what’s going on in your favorite South Beach Restaurant. I have for the last thirteen years seen all of them from an insider perspective, their kitchens and all the going on behind the scene that very few people get to see. As a patron of most of them I have also enjoyed meals, the glitz and glamour and the service they have to offer. South Beach is one of the most popular and desired vacation and party destination in the United States if not perhaps all over the world.

Thousands of people from all over the world come to South Beach to sunbathe, party, to see the beautiful people and be seen. Lots of wealthy and famous people enjoy the accommodations, entertainment and the exotic blend of food South Florida has to offer. South Florida is the key destinations to catch a Cruise, since every major Cruise line has ships leaving our ports everyday to the Caribbean.
At the same time you can enjoy a great day at the beach, delicious food at one of our South Beach Restaurant and an exciting night at one of the hot Night Clubs South Florida has to offer. Sizzling hot by day with side walk cafes along the beach strip, or perhaps some sightseeing or just shopping at some of the great boutiques available on Lincoln Road and all round the South Beach area. There are bars with live music and dancers to keep you going all day long taking you well into the night. After dark you can choose from a romantic candle lit restaurant to a sexy secluded meal at one of our exotic more intimate places. Perhaps you are in the mood for to enjoy a wild Latin beat while you dine.

Let me provide you with my special list of Restaurants and Night Clubs in South Beach that I rate very right on the beach:

Foreclosure Homes in Miami
Well I was looking for a property for my dad to buy and I notice prices are expensive in certain areas. The area of interest for my dad is South Beach from 20th street down. I went with a realtor to see what I can find on a foreclosed property between the prices of 350,000 to about 600,000. The price of a property that is not in foreclosure can run up from 900,000 and up, so to find a cheap property in South Beach is like finding a needle in a hay stack. The closet I got to a property on a good deal was a house on North Bay Road on 20th (by Alton rd) and the price for that was 590,000. It had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths the Property itself was big with a 2,474 sq ft living space, but remember we are talking about a property in foreclosure the original price of the property in 2007 was 1,037,000. I told myself well thats a great offer half of the price and still being able to negotiate to make it ,maybe 560,000. Well seeing that this property was the cheapest home in South Beach as a foreclosed property it only lasted in the market for about a week.

After having no luck in South Beach I checked up further north on Alton and I got to see a beautiful property for 499,000. The price was reduced by about 100,000 and the home was in great condition except for the kitchen, but the good thing about that was it had an open kitchen so making it nicer your also able to expand it. The home was 1.669 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Then the last property I saw was one on 47th court on Alton, a nice looking house being remodeled and with 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms the house is 2,100 sq ft sitting on 1/4 acre for the price of 569,000 and as well to be negotiated with the owner of the property maybe there can be a chance of the home being 30,000 less.

Phelps Being Let Off Easy…
Well it’s finally out there that Michael Phelps has only been suspended for three months and with some of his sponsors like Kellogg’s company to cut away and would not want to renew a contract with him.

Michael Phelps has apologized many times and knows that he has to work his way up to get the same respect from the midia. Well I was looking and he is pretty luck that he didnt lose 100% of the different endorsements. I do hope that Phelps can get back on his feet and start over on a new begining. I also think what saved Michael was the fact that he won 8 gold medals in the olympics and that he has many of the younger kids looking up to him.

Is Phelps going to lose everything?!
I was watching the news and I saw that Michael Phelps might just lose everything he has, from his medals to the companies that sponsor him. I was reading into it further and a lot of the details that were said and I feel that a lot of people are against him I feel that he knows what he did wrong , but for something like smoking a bit of pot I feel that the media has crashed hard on him. I would understand if it were a drug to enhance his performance, but to go overboard and take everything that he has gained because of something that many people use day to day and even other famous people have used and have not got into major trouble for smoking pot than why should Phelps go down without a say in anything? I think people should give it more thought; they should do some other type of punishment which does not require such harsh results.

What do you think should happen to Michael Phelps?
